2 1/2 lbs ground beef (x-lean)
2 eggs, beaten
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c onion flakes
2/3 c oat bran or bread crumbs
garlic powder, as much as desired
2 cans celery soup
1 3/4 soup cans milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except celery soup and m;ilk. Form into small meatballs and brown on top of stove. When meat is brown on all sides, drain off grease and pour the mixed celery soup and milk over the meatballs. Simmer on low on top of stove for about 40 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes.
