1 can (about 6 oz) tuna in water
2 forkfuls of mayonnaise
Spring Mix salad greens (or greens of your choice)
1 medium tomato, diced
1-2 slices avocado (optional)
Raw sunflower seeds
1/8 cup (approximately) Red Wine Vinegar
1/8 cup (approximately) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Drain tuna and put into a bowl. To the bowl, add the mayonnaise and mix. If it's not moist enough for your taste add a little more mayonnaise. Set aside. Dice tomato and set aside. Slice avocado and set aside. For dressing, mix the vinegar, oil, and garlic together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside. On a large plate, add a large handful of salad greens. Make sure to wash them if they aren't pre-washed. Put the tuna mixture into the center and put the diced tomato around the tuna. Add the slices of avocado on top of the tuna. Drizzle the dressing on top and voila! You have a delicious and healthy salad. Enjoy!
