Fresh Spinach, washed and dried
2 Eggs
Provolone Cheese, one slice

Directions:
Directions:
Take a hand full of spinach and put it into a bowl, not too big not too small of a bowl. Break up two eggs into the bowl on top of the spinach, no shells please. Take a fork stir the egg and combine it with the spinach. When doing this think of scrambled eggs. Put the Provolone on top. It should fit into a nice circle on the bowl. Microwave for three minutes.
