1 T grated lemon peel
1 T margarine
2 tsp coarsely cracked pepper
1 tsp salt
1 clove garlic, minced
2-3 lbs London broil, about 1 1/4 inch thick
Lemon slices and parsley to garnish

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, mix first 5 ingredients. Place meat on rack in broiling pan. Spread half of the lemon-pepper mixture over top of steak. Broil 8 minutes. Turn; spread remaining lemon-pepper mixture over top of steak. Broil 8 minutes longer for rare or longer for desired doneness. Slice cross-grain in /4 inch slices. Arrange on serving platter and garnish with lemon slices and parsley springs.
