2 cups of graham wafer crumbs
½ cup melted margarine
6 tbsp. icing sugar
Filling:
2 envelopes Dream Whip topping mix
1 cup cold milk
¾-1 cup white sugar
1 large (250 g) cream cheese,
1 small can drained, crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Mix topping mix with cold milk, beat with electric mixer till stiff. Add sugar and mix in, then cream cheese that has been cut into chunks. Beat well with electric mixer till smooth. Once pineapple has been drained well, mix into cream cheese mixture stirring by hand. Spread over crust evenly and sprinkle the remaining crumbs over top. Best made the day before serving.

Add bananas, walnuts and/or maraschino cherries if desired. Splitting pineapple in half adds variety. Half a can on the graham crumbs, other half mixed in with cream cheese mixture.
