2/3 cup butter, softened
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 ½ cups old fashioned rolled oats
1 ½ cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup white chocolate chips (or semi-sweet)

Directions:

Using electric mixer beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and mix well. In a separate bowl mix oats, flour, baking soda and salt. Add dry to butter mixture in several additions, beating well after each addition. Stir in cranberries and chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoon full onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
