1/2 pkg marshmallows
1/2 cup milk
3 Tbs creme de menthes liqueur
1/2 pint whipping cream
1/2 bag oreo cookies
Directions:
Directions:
Melt marshmallows with milk. Let cool. Then add
liqueur. Blend well.Whip cream and fold into above mixture. Set aside.
Lightly butter bottom of 9x9 pan.Crush oreo cookies. Sprinkle more than half the crumbs into bottom of pan. Press to form a crust. Then spread the marshmallow-whipped cream mixture evenly over the crust. Sprinkle remaining oreo crumbs over the top. Set in fridge 24 hours.
