WONTON RECIPE

1 lb. ground sausage
1/2 lb. bean sprouts (finely chopped)
1 lb. carrots (finely grated)
1/2 head cabbage (finely chopped)

MIX ABOVE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER

Then add:
2 tsp.ground ginger
8 Tbsp. soy sauce

MIX ALL ABOVE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER and place 2 tsp. of mixture on each wonton wrap, fold up & fry in hot oil until done.

Recipe yields about 117 wontons.

SWEET & SOUR SAUCE

In saucepan:
4 Tbsp. cornstarch mixed in 2 cups cold water
Add 20 ox can crushed pineapple including the juice.
Add 2 more cups water.
Stir & start heating on stovetop.

Stir in:
3/4 cup sugar
10 Tbsp. white vinegar
Add red food coloring to color preference.
Heat until sauce thickens.
