4 oranges
butter
1 can sweet potatoes
sugar to taste
raisins
cinnamon
nutmeg
marshmallows or coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Cut oranges in half. Scoop out insides of oranges. Take out pith and mash orange parts with juice. Place orange shells on baking dish, with butter underneath. Mash sweet potatoes. Add orange centers and juice and sugar to taste. Add raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg, and butter. Whip all together with mixer or by hand. Stuff orange shells with sweet potato mixture. Top with marshmallows or coconut. Brown in oven.
