1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cups boiling water
3 or 4 eggs, separated
1 tablespoon butter
powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Boil 2 lemon halves in the boiling water, then remove. Stir in flour and sugar. Later add egg yolks and butter, heat and cook until creamy. Pour into baked pie shell and add beaten egg whites sweetened with powdered sugar. Bake for 10 minutes until browned.
