6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 pint sour cream
1 3oz. block of cream cheese, softened
1 small jar chipped beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can of button or sliced mushrooms, drained(optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Lay chipped beef in the bottom of a greased casserole dish. Place chicken breast evenly on top of the beef. Blend sour cream, softened cream cheese, and mushroom soup well. (at this point you can add the mushrooms if you are using them). Pour mixture over chicken. Cover with foil and bake slowly at 300º for 2 hours. Serve with rice or pasta.
