Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 head lettuce, washed & drained well
1 (8 ounce) container grape tomatoes
1 (12 ounce) bag Doritos or Tostitos (slightly crushed)
2 cups grated mild or sharp cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) bottle Catalina dressing
1 lb ground beef
Taco seasoning
Optional - ½ can kidney beans (rinsed and drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown & drain the hamburger. Add taco seasoning and cook as directly. I use pretty lean hamburger otherwise it is too greasy. Or, if you don’t have lean hamburger you can use light Catalina Dressing and that cuts down on the grease too.
Mix the cooled hamburger and other ingredients together and enjoy right away – don’t add the tomatoes, cheese, chips or dressing too soon because it will get too soggy.
