2 Eggs
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1/2 c. White Sugar
1/2 c. Vegetable Oil
2 c. Flour
1/2 t. Salt
1/2 t. Baking Soda
1 t. Cinnamon
1/2 c. Sour Cream
1-1/2 c. Blueberries

Topping:
1/2 c. White Sugar
1/3 c. Flour
1/4 c. Butter, cubed
1-1/2 t. Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners. In a medium bowl, mix together eggs, white sugar, and brown sugar. Mix in oil, vanilla, and sour cream. Mix dry ingredients into wet mixture (be sure not to over-mix, batter will be lumpy). Gently fold in blueberries. Scoop batter into prepared muffin cups so they are 2/3 of the way full. To make the topping; mix together topping ingredients. Mix with fork or pastry blender, and sprinkle over muffins before baking. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until done.
