2 cups boiling water
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup butter
2 eggs
4 1/2 tsp. yeast
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp. salt
6 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix boiling water, sugar, and butter in a large mixing bowl. Cool until you can put your finger in. Then add eggs and yeast. Beat with spoon. Add rest of ingredients and stir until completely combined. Dough will be sticky. Cover with a towel and let dough rise until it doubles in size (between 1 and 2 hours). Roll out and cut and shape how you like them. Let rise in a warm place for about a half hour. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 400º.

These are the "Ferre" family's favorite rolls. They are easy to make and very delicious. I shape them crescent style and they have always worked perfectly for me.
