1 pound thin-sliced boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 (4ounce) package mushrooms or can
1 cup marsala wine
1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and coat with flour. In a well-oiled skillet over high heat, brown chicken on both sides until cook about 19 minutes. Remove chicken from pan. Add mushrooms to pan saute until softened. Add Marsala, bring to a boil and cook until reduced by half. Reduce heat to low and stir in cream. Season with salt and pepper and cook until warmed through. Return chicken to pan, turning occasionally to coat with sauce and heat through.
