1 lb. bacon (or turkey bacon, but what's the point)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
2 large tomatoes
pita bread, cut into wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the bacon until crispy. Lay the bacon slices on a paper towel, cover, and crush until the bacon crumbles. Dice tomatoes. Mix all ingredients in a serving bowl. Serve with pita bread (or crackers, or chips, or a spoon.)

Add less mayo if you're not a fan. I've made it with lower fat varieties of each and it still comes out amazing...especially if you like BLTs.
