1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 lb Cooked Ham
1 Onion chopped
2 cups Raw
4 cups Water
Mozzarella Cheese
5 or 6 Eggs scramble
Bread Crumbs
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cook your rice according to package let the rice go cold. Mix in first 4 ingredients into the rice. Have three bowls, 1 with flour, 1 with scrambled eggs, 1 with bread crumbs. Take a ice cream scoop of the mixture put in the palm of hand insert a cube of the cheese. Roll in flour first then the egg and then the bread crumbs then deep fry them until golden brown. Lay out on brown paper bag or paper towel to absorb grease.
