1/4 peck of green tomatoes
1/4 peck of string beans
3 c. shelled lima beans
3 c. corn, cut from the cob
5 green peppers
1 qt. small onions
1 head cauliflower
2 c. sugar
3 qt. cider vinegar
1/2 c. salt
2 T. celery seed
2 T. mustard seed
10 T. dry mustard

Directions:
Wash vegetables, Cut beans into small pieces. Break cauliflower into flowerets. Add lima beans and corn. Cook for about 25 minutes. Drain.

Chop onions, peppers and tomatoes. Heat the vinegar and add sugar, salt and spices, tied in a sachet. Combine raw and cooked vegetables and add to vinegar mixture. Bring to boil. Pack in hot jars, leaving 1/2 inch for head space. Process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes.
