1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. sweet basil
1 tsp. salt
2 (6-oz) tomato paste
2 c. canned tomatoes
1 pkg. (10 -oz) lasagna noodles (13-14 noodles)
2 c. cottage cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. parmesan cheese, grated
1 (8-oz) mozzarella cheese, grated

Brown meat - drain. Add next 6 ingredients and simmer until thick (30 minutes). Stir occasionally. Cook noodles and rinse in cold water. Combine cottage cheese with beaten eggs, seasonings, and parmesan cheese. Place half the cooked noodles in 9x13" pan. Spread half the cottage cheese mix, then half mozzarella cheese and half meat sauce. Repeat another layer. Bake 45 minutes at 350. Take out and let stand for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
