6 lb. roast
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. beef broth
1/3 c. brown sugar
4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 - 1 1/2 ketchup
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Bake the roast for 30 minutes per pound. Cool and slice thinly.

Combine vinegar, beef broth, brown sugar, dry mustard, salt, butter, liquid smoke, and pepper and simmer for 2 minutes. Then add ketchup, lemon juice, and worcestershire sauce and let simmer 1 hour. Arrange meat in glass baking dish and pour mixture over the meat. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Cover and heat at 325º for 25-30 minutes. Serve on buns.
