6 lb. roast
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. beef broth
1/3 c. brown sugar
4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 - 1 1/2 ketchup
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce

Bake the roast for 30 minutes per pound. Cool and slice thinly.

Combine vinegar, beef broth, brown sugar, dry mustard, salt, butter, liquid smoke, and pepper and simmer for 2 minutes. Then add ketchup, lemon juice, and worcestershire sauce and let simmer 1 hour. Arrange meat in glass baking dish and pour mixture over the meat. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Cover and heat at 325 for 25-30 minutes. Serve on buns.
