Black beans,
Shoe peg corn (tiny white corn)
1 small chopped onion
1 can or bottle Jalepeno's (drained)

2/3 c canola oil
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c apple cider

Directions:

Mix the following ingredients- Black eyed peas
Black beans
Shoe peg corn (tiny white corn)
chopped onion
Jalepeno's

Spread in a dish

Meanwhile - melt together the canola oil, sugar and apple cider - Pour this mixture over the other ingredients.
