4 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
2 c. coconut
1 c. butter
1 T. soda
1 T. Cream of Tartar
3 tsp.salt
Enough Flour to make it stiff and to roll 5-6 cups
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter & sugar, add eggs and sift in dry ingredients, roll in logs and refrigerate for 2 hours. Then cut in slices and bake at 350º
