Granny Graffis' Cornflake Potatoes
1 stick margarine, melt in 9 x 13 dish
2 lbs of Hash Browns, any brand, cubed
Spread hash browns in dish then
Mix together:
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar or Velveeta
1/2 cup chopped onions
Pour and spread all over potatoes.
Take 1/2 cup of margarine melted and 2 cups of cornflakes, mix together and put on top of potatoes.

Bake 45 min on 350• until bubbly.
