4 12 oz bone in pork loin chops
4 thyme sprigs and herbs
1/4 c. olive oil garlic
(look in veg section for balsamic roasted cabbage)

1-2 lemons cut in half

Directions:
Marinate pork chops overnight in refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 400º
In lg ovenproof skillet, heat 1 T olive oil until shimmering. Remove chops from marinade, season with salt and pepper and cook over mod high heat until richly browned, about 3 min each side. Add lemon halves.
Transfer to oven and roast for about 10 min, turning once about halfway through, until just pink in the center.
Serve with the cabbage
