2 bottom round roasts 1/2 gallon red wine vinegar 1/2 gallon red wine 1/2 gallon water 2 pounds white sugar 4 carrots 1 head celery 4 large onions 3 ounces cracked black pepper 6 bay leaves 2 cloves garlic 2 ounces table ground pepper 4 ounces salt 1/2 of No. 10 can of tomato puree (Hunt's) 2 gallons brown sauce

Directions:
Marinate all ingredients except tomato puree and brown sauce for 12 to 18 hours. Brown meat in oven with vegetables. Bring marinade to a boil and place browned meat and vegetables in the marinade with tomato puree and brown sauce. Let simmer until meat is tender. Take meat out and wrap in plastic film until ready to use. Salt and pepper to taste.
