1 pound ground Beefalo 1 ounce canola oil 2 ounces chili powder 3/4 cup chopped onion 1/2 tablespoon garlic 1-1/2 cup diced tomatoes 1 tablespoon vinegar 1 teaspoon ground coriander 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves 1 teaspoon cumin 1 tablespoon oregano 2 teaspoons brown sugar 3 cups beef consomme 12 ounces drained red kidney beans 12 ounces drained pinto beans

Directions:
Directions:
Brown Beefalo in canola oil in a deep pan. Add onions and cook until tender. Combine all ingredients in pan and simmer for two hours.
