Preheat oven to `325

In an 8 cup measuring pitcher, combine:
6 eggs
1 1/4 cups of sugar
1/2 Teaspoon salt
Mix together
Whisk in whole milk to the brim. Stir.

Directions:
Directions:
Pour custard mixture into individual ramekins.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Water bath: Place ramekins in a casserole dish and pour hot/boiling water halfway up the outside of the ramekins, being careful not to get the water in the custards. Bake for about 1 hour. Let cool to room temperature. Enjoy warm or cold.
