Preheat oven to 300º.

Mix all ingredients well. Shape into a loaf pan and bake 1 hour per pound of meat.

For each 1 pound of ground chuck, multiply ingredients by the number of pounds of meat. Bake, covered, 1 hour per pound.

At about 2/3 of the baking time, spread tomato glaze over the meatloaf. to make Tomato glaze, mix 1 small can of Tomato Sauce with 2 teaspoons of sugar.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
All ground beef, even chuck has fat in it. So, about halfway thru the cooking time take the loaf out of the oven and pour the fat off. Repeat just before spreading the glaze over the loaf. This meatloaf is wonderful! Thank you grandmama!
