1 Bottle of wine (for the cook)
1 Can chicken broth
1 Stick butter (not margerine)
Sage stuffing mix (bag)
1lb Ground Chuck Hamburger (fattier the better)
1 broasted chicken (Sams)
1 onion
1-2 stem celery
1 Apple
5 eggs
1 tsp. Pepper
3/4 tbsp salt
1 tsp Poultry seasoning
Sage
1-2 Cans Chicken gravy

DAY BEFORE!!!
Melt stick of butter in 1 can of chicken broth. Toss with stuffing mix, fork lightly until mixed, refrigerate... Remove all the meat off chicken set on a tray. Alternate grinding Apple, celery, onion and chicken. Put all grinded ingredients into roasting pan, mix in hamburger and bread mixture. Again mix lightly to remain fluffy. Mix eggs, salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning, then pour over top of mixture. Refrigerate over night...
Next day preheat oven to 350, on upper rack of oven (electric) or lower rack (if gas range) for 1 hour, stirring often to keep bottom from burning... after an hour of cooking reduce heat to 200 and cook for additional 2 hours, stirring occasionally... Last 15 min pour chicken gravy over top and sprinkle with sage to taste. Also salt and pepper to taste...
