Using one box of cake mix, bake two 9" round cakes. Cool. Cut each cake into the desired bunny shape.

Next make a 2 egg white Seven minute Frosting (about 4 1/2 cups) and cover entire bunny.
Now decorate the Bunny's ears, nose and paws with 1/2 cup of coconut pinked in a few drops of red food coloring.
Quickly sprinkle the rest of the Bunny with 2 1/2 cups of plain coconut.
Add a jelly bean nose and mouth.
