1 8 oz. pkg. light Philly cream cheese softened
2 tabs. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon juice peel
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 c. peach slices
2 c. blueberries
2 c. strawberry slices
2 c. grapes.
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cheese, juice and peel, mixing well until blended. Beat whipping cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
Fold in cheese mixture, chill.
Layer fruit in 21/2 qt. glass serving bowl..
Top with cheese mixture. Sprinkle with nuts. if desired. Chill
