11/2 lbs fish fillets
3/4 cup crushed corn flakes
2 tbls dried parsley
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Position wire rack and lower guides of oven and preheat to 400° F. Rinse fillets with cold water and pat dry. Combine corn flakes, parsley, salt and pepper. Dip each fillet in beaten egg, then roll in corn flake mixture, covering completely. Arrange in metal pan. Cook at 400°F 10 to 12 minutes or until fish is done.
