2 cups of sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon

4 eggs
3 cups grated carrots
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cups of Oil

Bake at 350º for 35 minutes
Icing:
1 box of powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup chopped pecans
1 stick butter
2 tsp vanilla
