Sour Cream Raisin Bars Recipe

1 c. butter
1 tsp. soda
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/3 c. quick oatmeal
1 3/4 c. flour
2 c. raisins
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
3 egg yolks
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sour cream

Cook raisins in small amount of water for 10 minutes; drain and cool. Cream brown sugar and butter. Add oatmeal, soda, and flour. Put half the mixture in a 9x13" pan. Bake for 7 minutes at 350. While crust is baking, mix egg yolks, sour cream, white sugar, and cornstarch. Mix and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add raisins and vanilla - pour over baked crust. Crumble remaining oatmeal mixture on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
