2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. salted butter, softened
1/2 c. eggnog
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
2 egg yolks
1 T. ground nutmeg

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well and set aside. In a large bowl, cream sugar and butter with an electric mixer to form a grainy paste. Add eggnog, vanilla and egg yolks and beat at medium speed until smooth. Add the flour mixture and beat at low speed until combined. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets, 1" apart. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake 23-25 minutes or until bottoms turn light brown. Place on flat surface with a spatula to cool.
