1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. corn oil
1 box instant lemon pudding
3/4 c. water

ICING;

2 c. confectioners sugar
2 T. butter or margarine
1/3 c. +2 T. frozen concentrated orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in mixing bowl . Beat on low speed for 2 minutes Pour into greased & floured tube pan ( I use Baker's Joy) . Bake at 325 F. for 50 minutes. Co not open oven.

Icing:
Stir icing ingredients over low heat until sugar is dissolved. When cake is taken from the oven, punch about 100 holes with ice pick into it. Pour icing over cake and let stand in pan until cold.
