3-5 lbs. rump roast (or round)
1 to 2 cups water
1 pkg. AuJus gravy mix
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix (sometimes I use 2 Pkg.) Italian seasonings (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together water, gravy mix, dressing mix, and seasonings. Pour over roast in crock-pot.
Cook on high for 2 hours, then continue cooking on low for a total of 12 hours.
Break up roast with forks, then continue cooking on low for another 12 hours. Do not let
roast cook dry, so you may need to add water during cooking. Serve on Italian rolls.
Horseradish is a good condiment for the sandwiches.
