Yellow food coloring

Directions:
Sift flour. Make hole in center of flour and put in eggs. Measure milk in egg shells and add to flour mix. Add a couple of drops of yellow food coloring. (The coloring helps the noodles not "look sick, and pale".) Mix well. Roll into sheet, sprinkle with flour. Cut into thin strips. Dust with flour. Cover with paper towel(or brown shopping sack torn open) and let dry for a few hours or overnight. Noodles can be fixed right away but they will be thicker. Bring broth to a boil added noodles and cook until tender.
