2 cups rhubarb, cut into pieces
2 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Dice rhubarb, put boiling water over and drain. Beat egg yolks (beat egg whites until frothy and add baking powder and 4 Tbsp Sugar) add sugar, 2 Tbsp Flour and salt. Beat and pour over rhubarb’ stir and mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
