1 c. ketchup
1/4 c. flour
2 lb. round steak, 1" thick
1 lg. onion, sliced
2 tbsp. lemon juice
aluminum foil

Directions:
Directions:
Tear off 4' length aluminum foil; fold double. Combine ketchup and flour and spoon half of mixture in center of foil. Season steak with salt and pepper, place steak on top of ketchup mixture in center of foil. Place onion slices on top of meat and remaining ketchup mixture. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Fold foil over and seal edges securely. Place in shallow baking pan. Bake in 450º oven for about 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Remove foil, cut steak in pieces.
