1-16 oz can whole kernel corn
1-16 oz can creamed corn
½ c sugar
¾ c yellow cornmeal(plain)
1 egg
1 small chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
1 stick melted REAL butter(salted)
2 chopped cayenne peppers

Mix it all up well in a casserole dish and bake at 350° for 45 minutes

For any of you not familiar with a Big Green Egg, it’s a smoker & oven of sorts. This is a recipe that is good either smoked, or made in a conventional oven, without the rustic smoky finish. Great to serve around the holidays, and easy enough to make and serve throughout the year. For folks that do not prefer spicy foods, simply leave out the peppers.
