1 ½ lb. Ground Italian Sausage(remove casing)
8 oz Mozzarella Chz.
½ c. Grated Parmesan chz.
1 lb. Pizza or Bread Dough
2 Eggs
¼ tsp. Oregano
2 tsp. Parsley
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Cook sausage in frying pan and drain. In a large bowl, mix sausage, mozzarella, parmesan, 1 whole egg & 1 egg white(save yolk). Add parsley, oregano, and salt & pepper. Roll dough flat, into a circle about the size of a medium pizza and spread sausage mixture to within 1” of the dough’s edge. Roll up dough & sausage mixture like a jelly roll and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Brush top lightly with well-beaten egg yolk and bake at 350° for 45 minutes until golden brown

This recipe is so very good and easy to make….You can easily change variations, using breakfast sausage and cheddar cheese, or even use hamburger and taco seasonings to make your own variation, either way, guests will love this easy to make appetizer!
