Ingredients:  
1 lb spinach leaves
1 can drained bean sprouts
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
5 slices bacon, crumbled (can use turkey bacon)
½ red onion, sliced vertically
Toss in large salad bowl

Dressing:
1 cup salad oil
½ cup sugar
½ cup ketchup
½. Cup vinegar
1 t. salt
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
Blend dressing ingredients in blender or food processor. Toss into salad.

Alternate dressing: (aka Loafers’ Orange Honey Sesame):
1 cup orange juice
1 cup honey
½ cup canola oil
1 T. red wine vinegar
¼ cup Dijon mustard
1T. sesame seeds
Whisk ingredients together. Pour desired amount over salad and toss.
