1 C oleo
2 C sugar
2 eggs
2 C flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 C sour cream
1 tsp vanilla

TOPPING:
1/2 C brown sugar, packed (a little more is better!)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 C pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Grease and flour a 9x13" pan.

Combine sugar and oleo until creamy.
Add eggs and mix well.
Sift flour and baking powder.
Add flour/powder mixture alternately with sour cream and vanilla.

Mix topping ingredients.

Place 1/2 of batter in the pan.
Sprinkle with 1/2 of topping.
Pour remaining batter on top.
Sprinkle remaining topping on top.

Bake for 40 minutes, until done.
May be frozen: wrap in foil and heat for 15 minutes at 300º to serve.
