9 slices of bread (remove crust if desired)
7 eggs
2 cups whole milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 cups of grated cheddar cheese
2 cups of ham, cooked and diced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together eggs, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper. Crumble 4 1/2 slices of bread into a 9x13 buttered baking dish. Add 1 cup of ham and 2 cups of cheese. Repeat layers, then pour egg mixture over entire casserole. Refrigerate overnight. The next morning, remove casserole from fridge one hour prior to baking. Bake at 350º for 45-60 minutes.
