3 cups shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans (4 oz. each) chopped green chilies, drained
2 eggs
2 tbsp. whole milk
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Place half the cheeses in a greased 8" square baking dish. Sprinkle with both cans of chilies and remaining cheeses.
In a bowl, beat eggs, then add milk and flour. Pour over entire casserole.
Bake at 375º for 25-30 minutes, or until set. Serve warm.

This recipe is very easy to double or even triple. Just use a large, glass casserole baking dish.
