1 (11 oz.) pkg. Butterscotch Morsels
3/4 stick (6 T.) Butter
2 c. Graham Cracker Crumbs
2 c. Chopped Walnuts (optional)
2 (8 oz. each) pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 c. Sugar
4 Large Eggs
1/4 c. Flour
2 T. Lemon Juice

Melt morsels and butter in medium saucepan over lowest possible heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Stir in crumbs and nuts. Reserve 2 cups crumb mixture for topping; press remaining mixture into ungreased 15 x 10 inch jelly-roll pan. Bake in preheated 350º oven for 12 minutes.
Beat cream cheese and sugar in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour and lemon juice. Pour over crust; sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
Bake at 350º for 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into diamonds or bars; refrigerate.
