1 pound lean ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
1/2 green pepper, seeded and diced
1 cup uncooked white rice
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 cup tomato sauce or one 8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, over medium heat, brown the ground beef, onion and pepper; drain off the fat.
Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
