3 cups coarsely chopped cooked chicken
4 slices backon, crisply cooked, drained and chopped
1 cup (4 oz) shredded Swiss cheese, divided
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp snipped fresh parsley
1 garlic clove, pressed or minced
2 plum or roma tomatoes, sliced
1 egg white, lightly beaten
2 (8 oz) packages of refrigerated crescent rolls

Preheat oven to 375º. Unroll crescent rolls and separate into 16 triangles. Arrange triangles, slightly overlapping, in a circle on a large pizza stone, with wide ends about 4 inches from the edge, (points will extend off the edge of the stone) roll wide ends with rolling pin or roller toward center to create a 5 inch opening in center of stone.
In an 8 cup bowl, combine chicken, bacon, 3/4 cup of the cheese, mayo, mustard, garlic, and parsley. Mix well. Scoop the filling evenly over the dough in a circle. Top with tomato slices. Bring points of the triangles up and over filling. Tuck points under the dough at the center ring to seal. (filling will show in places) Brush with egg white. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 25-30 min or until golden.
