1 1/2 cups butter, softened and room temperature
1 8 oz cream cheese
3 cups sugar
6 large eggs
3 cups all purpose flour
1/8 tsp salt
1 tbsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and cream cheese at medium speed until creamy - do not over beat. Gradually beat in sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until combined. Combine flour and salt; gradually add to butter mixture beating at low speed. Stir in vanilla. Pour batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan. Smooth the top of the batter with spatula to even out. Bake at 300º for 1 hour and 40 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool pan on wire rack for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove cake from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
